The recent influx of foreign capital into China’s real estate market has attracted widespread attention in China. To gain double profits from the appreciation of both real estate capital and the Chinese yuan (RMB), some overseas organizations and individuals have engaged in either the co-development of China’s real estate or simply real estate trading. So, what is the scale of foreign capital that has entered China’s domestic real estate market? Taking into consideration the prying effect of foreign capital upon real estate credit, this article makes a deduction using the asset-liability ratio method.
