Abstract:

This report is in four parts: Part I reviews the guidelines and targets of the 11th Five-year Plan Outline on Socioeconomic Development of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter “11th Five-year Plan”); Part II explains the achievement of macrocontrol targets; Part III proposes policy recommendations for growth targets of the 12th Five-year Plan period; and Part IV provides calculations and analysis for the policy recommendations.
