2021年是中国经济社会发展“十四五”的开局之年，我国经济进入高质量发展阶段，社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾，人民对美好生活的要求不断提高。与此同时，国际经济社会环境发生深刻变化，逆全球化冲击和新冠肺炎疫情等多重不确定性的叠加给中国制造业产业链供应链的安全和稳定带来了挑战。为适应国内外发展环境的变化，党的十九届五中全会强调：“加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局”，以及“要提升产业链供应链现代化水平，发展战略性新兴产业，加快发展现代服务业”，分别对未来一段时期我国经济社会发展格局，以及提升产业链、供应链现代化与产业高质量发展路径提出了具体要求。 为能推动学术界深入学习、领会、贯彻十九届五中全会精神，探讨研究“双循环”发展格局和高质量发展内涵，本刊在经济学、管理学领域围绕以下两项重大选题公开征集、组织刊发系列相关文章，作者可根据研究内容自拟题目： 1. “双循环”新发展格局下的中国经济社会发展 2.产业链、供应链升级与全球产业布局重构 请作者通过本刊投稿邮箱（editor@chinaeconomist.com）投稿，稿件语言要求为中文或英文，字数不少于1万字，并在投稿标题处括号标注“2021年专题征文”；论文格式、体例等见附件。截稿时间：2021年7月31日。本刊将组织专家对征文进行集中评审，符合要求的，优先安排发表。 China Economist 投稿体例规范下载 ...
